Hours of operation

Concordia Recordings website is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our office hours for phone orders or questions are M - F 8:30 - 4:00 Central Time. Our web and toll-free line are secure. Submit your orders and VISA or MASTERCARD numbers with confidence. To ensure Christmas delivery, please place orders before December 19th.

Shipping

Orders will be processed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) and shipped via US mail within 24-48 hours.

Return Policy

There will be no refunds for opened CDs, videos or DVD. If CD cases are cracked upon receipt, please contact us within 15 days and we will replace them free of charge.
