Introductions - Concordia Band

Introductions is the first studio recorded compact disc of The Concordia Band. The title reflects a number of elements of this endeavor: the remarkable work included by Minnesota composer Libby Larsen, An Introduction to the Moon; the nature of the premiere recording of both this ensemble and its conductor; and the possibility of engaging with new composers and works for the modern concert band.
