The online and call center ordering options are now closed. The box office is in the lobby of Memorial Auditorium and will be open one hour before each concert. Do NOT take CD or DVD orders as part of a customer's ticket order. Tell them to call 800-801-4564 instead.

if a card is declined, simply ask the customer for an alternate card, or re-confirm the mailing address of their credit card statement. It must match their billing address.

Canadian orders can be tricky. Please write down the complete order info to speed order entry that may have to occur later.

Concordia faculty and students cannot request their complimentary tickets through the call center. These orders must be placed at the campus box office in Memorial Auditorium where the hours are 9 to 4:30 M-F.

Callers who reference "president's dinner tickets" or dinner tickets - should be referred to 218-299-3454 - advancement office - not to Roxane.

Callers referencing "free" tickets for prospective students or "Admissions Office" tickets should be given the Admissions Office phone number - 218-299-3004 - not transferred to Roxane.

Concert information

Orders are filled as they are received with THE BEST AVAILABLE SEATING.

• if customers have really odd obscure requests or are irate, they can call 218-299-4366 to have their questions answered by Roxane Case - give out this number sparingly!
• The $15 price equates to a $13 ticket plus a $2 processing fee
• We offer either floor seating or permanent seating. Buyers can state their preference. We do not sell specific seats.
• concert is approx. 90 minutes long with no intermission
• young children who can't sit still may find the concert long
• babies are discouraged
• babies and children are ticketed at the full rate $15 per
• this concert is more like a 'worship service' instead of a 'show'

Floor Seating

• folding metal chairs on the floor
• they are closer to the stage, but on one level
• these are closer to the performers when they sing in the aisles of the hall
• sight lines may be impaired for shorter people in the far back of the floor seating

Permanent Seats

• wooden 'fold down' chairs that are elevated or tiered
• 'up in the air' sight lines, but further from the stage
• as the concert date nears, buyers will be higher up the seating and further from the stage

Handicapped seating

• we REALLY need to know how many wheelchairs are in the party. Also, work to inquire if they must stay in their wheelchair or if they are just transported in a wheelchair and then sit in a regular seat. Note handicapped needs in the Comments box.
• we can easily place a spouse or companion next to someone who must remain in their wheelchair during the concert
• we do allow seeing eye dogs. Please make note of that in the Comments box. We can offer large print programs.
